LIBURNETIK is a non-profit organization created by the will of a group of young people with the aim of raising awareness, promoting and developing the Albanian society, for the betterment of social life, by assessing the needs of the territory and implementing innovative ideas, projects and actions.
LIBURNETIK organization was born as an informal group in 2013 and was officially founded in Tirana in July 2014 as an Independent and a branch of the Italian organization ASAL Student, Lecce, Italy, founded in 2007 by a group of Albanian and Italian students.
LIBURNETIK Organization's activities, like those of ASAL Student, focus its activity on Youth as protagonists for the creation of a new mindset, on serving civil society and Diversity, an added value of a contemporary European society.

OPERATION FIELD
Thanks of the constant work of a youth group and the experience of ASAL Student staff, a professional, qualified and multi-ethnic team, LIBURNETIK, contributed in development and implementation of local, nation and international projects, with interference and different initiatives that have the base on the below subjects:
- promoting Human rights
- awareness and city tutelage;
- the rule of law;
- european Integration;
- environmental protection;
- promoting a healthy life;
- equal opportunities;
- urging self-employment and increase youth enterprises;
- sustainable tourism;
- language and cultural liaison;
- art and culture;
- cultural exchange;
- active citizenship, and other.
LIBURNETIK urges the creation of studying groups with social-cultural subjects, through organizing seminars, focus group, debates, training courses for volunteers/social workers, and other.
LIBURNETIK, working with interdisciplinary and multicultural methodologies, creates, elaborates, promotes and realizes projects to offer social, educative and cultural services in the operating territory. Also supports the interventions taken from local, national and international civil society bodies.
For the realization of the initiatives, LIBURNETIK has the purpose to form a sustainable network through collaborating with other realities of Civil Society or third parties, but also with public and private institutions.
LIBURNETIK aspirates that through compiling and implementing of project proposals across different programs and predicted funds (local, national and international), to improve the life of young people and marginalized communities in the acting country.
To define the potential activities to implement, LUBURNETIK, organizes meetings with youth and residents of the territory. Appeared problems and needs make the starting point to define priorities, acting fields orientation, were we focus with initiatives, activities and also how are planed project proposals.
