LIBURNETIK Organization invites all interested and eligible applicants to submit their Expressions of Interest for inclusion in a Pool of Experts ,who may be engaged to provide backstopping support according to the organization’s specific needs at different stages of the project cycle.
Through this call, LIBURNETIK aims to identify qualified specific entities and professionals with relevant expertise who can contribute to the design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and overall quality assurance of programmes and projects carried out by the organization.
The selected experts may be contacted and engaged on an as-needed basis, depending on the thematic focus, technical requirements, and operational needs of current and future projects.
The deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest is 31 October 2026. 31 tetor 2026.

The evaluation of Expressions of Interest will be conducted on a rolling basis, with assessments carried out monthly. Applicants can expect to be informed of the final decision regarding their submission by the end of the month following the month in which their application was received.
